Open Business Settings

Go to Meta Business Manager
Open your browser and navigate to business.facebook.com. Make sure you're logged into the Facebook account that owns your Business Manager.

Click the Settings icon (⚙️)
Look for the gear icon in the top-right or bottom-left of your Business Manager dashboard. Click it to open Business Settings.

You should see a sidebar with options
A left-side menu with sections like Users, Accounts, Brand Safety, and more will appear. You're in the right place.

Go to Partners

→
In the left sidebar → click "Users"
This expands a submenu. You'll see options like People, System Users, and Partners.

Click "Partners"
This is where you manage agency and partner relationships. It shows existing partners and lets you add new ones.

Click the blue "Add" button
You'll see two options. Choose "Give a partner access to your assets" — not the other option.

Enter Our Business ID

A field will appear asking for the Business Manager ID
Copy and paste the ID below exactly. One wrong digit and it won't find us.

Click "Next" to proceed to permissions
Meta will confirm it found "BlackWater Marketing" before moving forward. If it doesn't find anything, double-check the ID was pasted correctly.

Assign Permissions

Grant Full Control on all four asset types below. Tap each one to mark it done.

Allows campaign creation, optimization, and management.
